Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is Random Deathmatch. It is when a player kills another player without a valid RP reason. An example would be if Player A walked up to Player B, then shot and killed him for no reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is New Life Rule. When a player dies, their entire past life must be forgotten. This includes any enemies, locations, or names. There are 2 types of NLR, including Revenge NLR, and normal NLR. Revenge NLR is when a player is killed, then goes back to their death point and kills their killer. An example would be if Player B raids and kills Player A, and Player A goes back and kills Player B. Normal NLR is if a player dies, then goes back to their deathpoint and continues with what they were doing.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would bring both players to an area non accessible to normal players so the sit is not interfered with. Then I would ask Player X for their side of the story. Then I would ask Player Y for their side. When both sides are told, and Player Y confesses to the RDM, they will be warned. If Player Y does not confess, I will check the logs for any prior damage to Player Y done by Player X within a reasonable timeset (Player X shot Player Y 5 seconds before Player X was killed). If Player X did do damage, it is not RDM. If he did not do damage, then it would not be RDM. I would return both players to their previous locations after the sit is over.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would bring both players to a rooftop or high area on the map that normal players can’t get to (some players might propclimb to that location, but their props will be removed and they will receive a warning), then I will ask for sides of the whole ordeal. If both sides match up and Player Y confesses, the sit will be over and they will both be returned to their previous locations. If Player Y does not confess, then I will check the logs for their deaths. If I see Player Y dying to Player X, then Player Y killed Player X at a peak time, I will warn Player Y for NLR. Both players will be returned to their previous location.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I believe you should consider me for the ZARP Staff Team because I have a lot of experience as a staff member on other servers. I was a previous owner of Lightning Servers, from when it opened to when it closed. I was Head Manager of SLFN, now known as Empire, for about 5 months. I was an Administrator on PrimeRP, I believe it is now closed down, for about 3 months, and I was a Trial Moderator on OutlawRP until I resigned about a month later. Another reason you should consider me for the ZARP Staff Team is because I have a lot of experience with Garry’s Mod. I have 3,327 hours on Garry’s Mod, so I know how to provide the correct support to players if there is an issue with the game. Another reason is because I am a very friendly and nontoxic player in the ZARP community. I try my best to help players with the problems they have even though I am not on the Staff Team. I would love to join the staff team to further extend my ability of support to the new and returning players. The last reason why you should consider me for the ZARP Staff Team is because I have invested a lot of time into learning the rules of the server and the correct way to handle problems.
