Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
During my time as moderator I have deal with a few situations and understand the powers and commands that I possess. In addition to this there have been multiple times where I have required the assistance of higher up staff members E.G. Xnator sorry for the spam bud .

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
One situation where a ban would be required is when a player breaks the same rule constantly and ignores all prior punishments. An example of this is a player being racist. The player is warned and gagged for racism and when his punishments expire he is racist yet again. This time he is warned and gagged for a longer period of time. After the punishments expire the player is racist yet again. This time he is warned and kicked from the server. When the player re-joins the server he is yet again racist. Due to the amount of racism and his ignorance towards the rules the user would be banned.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Firstly, you will need to open the ULX menu. To do this you type !menu. This will open up a large menu with different subsections. Under these sub sections are different commands or tools e.g. Gag, mute, teleport, slay and force spectator. These options will allow you to punish a player however to warn the player you must use the command !warn [player] [reason]. This puts the warning on the players record that other staff members can check using !warns. When using these commands make sure to follow Zarp Ethos and treat players in the correct manner.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
So due to the fact that they have made a great effort in their application and it is the first ban for cheating everyone deserves a second chance. I would reply to the application as follows.

Hello Player x!
Thank you for making an unban appeal. Due to the fact that this is your first ban in Zarp we believe that everyone deserves a second chance. In addition to this it is clear to me that you have made a great effort in your application and seem to be really sorry for the actions you have done and the people you have effected. Due to these factors I will be accepting your application and you will be unbanned from the server. However if you are caught hacking again you will be permanently banned with a much greater chance of not being unbanned in the future.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I think I should be accepted for many reasons. Firstly, I am currently the rank Administrator on Zarp SSRP, this means that I have a clear understanding of the ethos and how to treat players and the correct punishments that should be given.
Secondly, I am active on Prop hunt and never afk for time. This means that I am constantly at my computer to deal with any rule breaks that I see.
Finally, I am extremely mature and have never abused my powers in the history of me on Zarp. This means that I am extremely trusted with large amounts of power and will make a great contribution to the server.
