What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

Ghosting is when a dead player is giving an alive player an advantage by giving him information about where the deaths are, what traps that have been activated previously, which portal to go into, which plates not to step on, etc.

Here is a scenario :

Player 1 went through the left portal without dying, then he proceeds to go into the right portal, and dies. Then as a dead player, he says this in chat "1st portal is left, 2nd is also left" or he says "left, left"

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

I would tell him kindly "Please stop being disrespectful, if you are caught doing it again you will be gagged / muted and warned. (depending on situation)

I am active, I do not break rules, I am friendly to players ingame, and I always wanna help out.
Today I was online, and there wasnt any staff on, and people were being disrespectful and racist in their mics, there was nothing I could do, since Pitt and Para deny my request to revoke my admin resignation due to me being racist on the zarp teamspeak and harassing Para probably.

I have experience with ULX since I have been Deathrun Admin twice, so I learnt alot, back when I was BHOP Admin, they used ULX, but I believe they changed it some time ago.

Everytime I have held a staff rank at Zarp, I never got any official warnings, or demotions, but I was spoken to a couple of times, and Ive always been enforcing the rules on deathrun, its my main priority within zarp.
