Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have been very active and i have done many f1:s as a moderator, i have been moderator almost 2 weeks now and i feel like i would be even more helpful staff member as a admin, because i would be able to stop rulebreakers "mass rdmers" / "Prop spammers" even faster with ability to grab and freeze people with physgun. Also admins have some very useful commands like "/cloak", sometimes when im doing f1s it feels like it would be great to be able to use those commands, for example after f1 (if you have feeling that someone is going to just continue rdming after sit you could just cloak and watch him for a bit). Also as a admin you can handle alot of situations yourself and you dont have to call admin for help, wich saves alot of time for other staff members (admin+) aswell.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user)
There was alot of situations wich i just couldnt solve myself as a moderator, for example if there was a propblock and i asked the player to remove props many times, but he just keeps ignoring me, i had to call admin for help to delete the props and sometimes when there is not much admins it takes some time. Also as a moderator there has been few situations where i just had to be so fast, example ( there has been many situations like that when i joined a server 2 and there was many people at spawn just shooting each other and prop spamming, in these situations you have to be fast and check the logs for right steamids, so you dont just freeze some random people. As a admin you could just freeze them with your physgun wich would be so much easier and faster for handling such a situations.

Hello, and welcome to staff team! Im going to train you and show you all the commands and useful things that you need to know as a moderator. Before we begin i would like to say you that if there is anything you dont understand or you have questions about during the training, just tell me and i will explain it to you better and answer your questions.
Okay, so lets begin. Go to f4 and to jobs and switch to mod on duty, its a new job for you witch allows you to just look around and catch people breaking rules when youre not roleplaying. Remember that you still can be any job when youre doing f1:s. Okay now when you press f1 you will see a completely new window pop up than you had before, first on the window you see admin requests that have been made by other players, just like you when you needed staff member to help you with something. In the window you see "when the request has been made"," who made it", "reason for the request" and lastly "handled by", its recommended that you do the request by order , so usually you should start at the top (oldest one), that way people who has made the request first gets the help first. Now right click the first apply on the list and you will see 4 more little windows pop up, usually you choose (handle this), after that if you right click the request again you will see more windows popping up, usually you choose (goto), this command will teleport you to the player who has made the request. This way you can goto him and tell him that "im here for your f1". If the place is very popular and there is many people running around you want to get to roof where its very quiet and you can hear the requesters story about what happened better. For this you can use (/teleport) to get onto roof yourself and when you want to get the requester onto roof with you, you should use (bring) on the f1 menu when you right click the requesters name.
Now comes the part where you will propably need the other things in the f1 menu, on top of the window you will also see warnings that staff members have given to players, after that you will see one of the most important things wich is logging. There you will see all recent activity that players have done (killing, nlr breaking, arresting, job switching and disconnecting, etc). You will usually copy the players steamid on the part that says (click to search the logs) for example to see their recent killer, to get their steamid so you can goto him and speak about the situation and complete it properly. When you are done with the situation and you have helped the player much as you can you should right click their request on f1 menu and press "mark as finished" that way the request disappears from the list and other staff members dont have to worry about it anymore. There is 1 more thing in the f1 menu and it is active nlr, there you can see players that have nlr and in what district and when it ends. If you see that player has made troll request usually you should just discard it as a spam or abuse.
Now i want you to press f6 and you should see again a brand new window opening up, there you can check if a player has any recent warnings, if you click on the (select player) and scroll all the way down you should see text what says (search), open it and paste the players steamid there and you should see hes warnings and bans. Recent warning is when the warning has been given in last 2 weeks.
Also remember that you can use admin chat to get help from other staff members, you can use it with @message, or ///message.
Now im going to tell you about all of the commands and tools that you will need for being a moderator. All of the commands requires players name or either steamid, you should ALWAYS use players steamid, since there is many same named players into our server and you can accidentally teleport wrong players to you.
TOOLS
Admin Tool – Allows you to check if there is keypads connected to fading door. ( Useful when doing f1 about illegal base)
Weapon checker – Allows you to see what weapons player has in their toolbar / hands. (Useful when doing f1 where player has told you that mutant has a illegal guns)
CHAT COMMANDS
/goto STEAMID - Use this command to teleport to a certain player, (useful when handling f1).
/bring STEAMID - Use this command to teleport player to you, (useful when teleporting player to roof for f1).
/tp STEAMID - Use this command to teleport player to where your crosshair is, (useful when player is stuck).
/back STEAMID - Use this command to teleport player back to their last location, (useful when finishing f1).
/freeze STEAMID - Use this command when you want to freeze a player, (useful when player is mass rdming or prop spamming and you want to stop them doing that, or if player is trying to run from a sit).
/unfreeze STEAMID - Use this command when you want to unfreeze the player (remember to unfreeze them after you have frozen them or the players cannot move and they will probably make f1 and spam in the chat).
/kick STEAMID - Use this command to kick player from the server, (useful when player is constantly breaking the rules and there is no admins online)
/slay STEAMID - Use this command to slay a player, (this is probably command that is not used much, you should probably just stay away from this command since it dosent solve any problems).
TAB MENU COMMANDS
If you press tab and click players name you will see many buttons below (player options). I dont use this menu much myself since its just easier do write the commands to the chat and you dont click the wrong player. I will still tell you what each of the buttons do.
Kick - kicks player from the server
Mute chat - Mutes player writing chat, (useful when player is spamming in ooc/advert or just being racist all the time, 5 minute mute is usually normal).
Unban from job - If people have been demoted from a job, you can unban him from the job.
Freeze - freeze a player , click again to unfreeze them.
slay - slay/kill a player, same as above, (try to avoid this command since it dosent solve anything).
Mute globally - You can mute players ingame voice/microphone, (useful when someone is micspamming, 5 minute mute is usually normal).
Mute - Broken, (dont use it)
Teleporting commands - Same as above (i prefer using the commands in the chat since its faster to use and you dont teleport or bring the wrong person when you use steamid).
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Since it was hes first ban i would accept hes apology and change the ban to temporary to like 1 weeks. Also i would tell him to follow the server rules in the future.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I should be promoted, because i have gotten alot of experience being moderator and i would think that as a admin i would do and handle situations even better and faster. Also im very active player and i like helping people and im getting better at it all the time. Past my 2 weeks of being moderator i have done many f1s and i have been active. I feel like i would be ready to take more responsibility and help the server even more with new commands such as (/cloak) and being able to do things on your own without having to call admin for help would save time for other staff members to help other people aswell. I think i have done good job being moderator and i would be able to move for being admin.
