When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: It would be appropriate to use a ban command when a player has gone through several stages. If i'm admin and Jappas is disrespectful (This Is An Example) and I tell him verbally and in-chat and he's still being disrespectful in chat to anyone I will mute / gag him for an appropriate amount of time and !Warn him too! after the gag and mute has been removed, And he's still disrespectful I would kick them if they re-joined and still continued I would ban them accordingly.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: I could never ban people as mod. So my superstition was to kick repeatedly. So banning would make this easier for me and alot more for general players.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)

I Attempt to have consistent hourly activity. Since I've been mod for 2 weeks and I think I've shown my activity has been a pass for the recommended activity limit which is 2 hours a week. I've surpassed that by quite a bit.

I have received extensive training on other servers, particularly this server. I've received knowledge on how to react to different situations and I know almost every single command ULX has to offer. I really want to receive more training as I enjoy talking with staff. I also believe the staff team trusts me to responsibly use my staff powers responsibly.
I love being friendly and give people the best and most enjoyable game as possible. So I don't act like a staff member. I blend in and have fun. When people go against the rules I will be the Admin and react accordingly

Hello oKaY, I prefixed your application correctly. Other than that, your application is relatively unreadable because Every Word Is With A Capitalized First Letter Which Makes It Really Hard To Follow.
