I'm going to be honest here, you aren't ready for Head Admin. Why? Because whilst I was HA (resigned a week ago), seeing you trying to deal with situations and/or explain something was a difficult task to understand you in my opinion. You also normally don't state your own opinion that often, I just see you as someone who would sit back and only say "can we do a vote" after every few minutes, almost like you are not paying attention to the subject that would be being discussed in a meeting. You should focus on improving your communication skills more, but in-game I don't see an issue with, just come online more often if possible and try show improvements on the server as well as in meetings because they're both just as important to join and could show a potential in you getting Head Admin.

A somewhat controversial choice, if not unnecessary given the fact that almost the entire lead team seem to agree that they don't need any more HA's just now. It shows that you have candour, and spirit, but perhaps vocalise your opinions a little more and don't be afraid to speak your mind in meetings. They're there for a reason.

You have presence as a person who tends to communicate with the team regularly, while also making sure that we're up to date with our F1s. Though, I'd personally prefer to see it approached in a more controlled, polite manner. That said, I understand that it can be grating having to constantly remind certain team members to jump on the F1s when they build up.

I'd like to see you continue as an SA for now, just until they either need more HAs, or you continue to develop upon yourself until such a time that you are considered a prime candidate. The Head Admin position is especially coveted and prestigious in our community. You must truly be worthy of it to get it... as odd as that may sound in a video game server.

Does not listen to people's side of a story, jumps to conclusions too quickly.

Onion you are a very friendly, active, and helpful baldy! You're forum section staff in three sections, and lead team on multiple servers. I'm not sure if a Head Admin is needed right now, but you're on the way to getting up there for the rank. The only thing I think you need to work on is managing other Lead Team, as an Administrator it's hard to say if you do or not as I can't come to the lead team meetings.

Firstly, age doesn't matter within the ZARP staff team, people do the same shit and are dealt with the same way. If a "kid" does something wrong, it will lead to a slight warning and a demotion, this goes for everyone else. Your examples claim nothing, "CM2018" only shows how ZARP is open to support all ages within their community. To make it to the point where you would write "CM2018" must mean you did everything fine and you don't go in with any "false shit".

Secondly, you're jumping to a conclusion based on what you think Onion's age is. I've known him for as long as I've been on ZARP, not once has he lost his temper, yet has stayed calm and dealt with every situation as best as he could. Look at other examples of staff, who I will not name that have lost their temper. Most of them are older than Onion, but still fit your remark better. He's taken a bigger step than what you've taken by going for head admin, if you think the community is fucked because of it, I'll kindly redirect you to the Server Applications or Report Abuse section of the forums.

You're Head Admin material I'd say, yet you can still improve on by reading the other feedback on this post. Even if you do get accepted, don't forget the feedback you are receiving. You definitely could improve on listening to both sides of the story and other things on this post. Yet, your good side still keeps this a neutral.
