I'm going to be honest here, you aren't ready for Head Admin. Why? Because whilst I was HA (resigned a week ago), seeing you trying to deal with situations and/or explain something was a difficult task to understand you in my opinion. You also normally don't state your own opinion that often, I just see you as someone who would sit back and only say "can we do a vote" after every few minutes, almost like you are not paying attention to the subject that would be being discussed in a meeting. You should focus on improving your communication skills more, but in-game I don't see an issue with, just come online more often if possible and try show improvements on the server as well as in meetings because they're both just as important to join and could show a potential in you getting Head Admin.
