Sorry, I am a little confused. You're explaining how to deal with a disrespecting user, not an obstacle that you had to work around as a moderator.

The point of this question is to show that you understand how to deal with tricky situations, something that your new powers as an administrator could help with. You completely ignored the question and did something else - try to fix it before the meeting next Sunday.

This isn't entirely wrong, I believe, but it could be improved. First of all, doesn't it automatically kick a user if they get three active warnings? There's no need to explain to an user that you can kick them if they get three warnings when it does it automatically for you.

Hacking, by the way, always requires the help of a Super Administrator or higher. You say that they need proof, but usually their proof isn't good enough. Do specify that, please. Also try to list some of the other commands that moderators have and when to use them.

This question you completely misunderstood. You even added something to the template: [do you have any proof to show hes been cheating?]. You need to understand that this isn't someone trying to get someone banned for hacking, it's the exact opposite.

You banned the user permanently for cheating and they want to get unbanned. Please fix your answer before the meeting, as this is completely wrong.

Nothing seems to be wrong here, besides some grammar/spelling mistakes.

Now your activity doesn't seem to be very good. You don't even have an hour in the past week. You also made an inactivity thread, which is completely fine but not exactly useful when you're going for a promotion.

I do not believe you're ready, though I'm unsure what you're like in-game.
