Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If player x was to mass rdm and ltap I would issue a 1440 minutes (24hour) ban.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
player x since looking over your ban appeal i will be willing to give you one more chance on zarp TTT however this still comes with a consequence i will shorten to ban to 24 more hours and if caught cheating again you will be permanently banned again with no chance to appeal in the future.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I have been apart of zarp TTT now for a good period of time I really enjoy the servers community and its progression. my time being a admin before has showed me there is always 2 sides to 1 story and to be look into the report thoroughly. i know this will be my second run as admin on zarp TTT but i'd like to think i didnt let you guys down last time that it was miss understanding and lack of communication. if given the chance again as admin im sure i will not let the team down.

No it doesn't. I never showed my resonse, I only went into great detail how I would handle the appeal - same as Yogi does here (though with less detail)

I already told you my thoughts on this over Steam. I see no reason why a direct response is needed and why Yogi's response is immediately wrong. It shows the exact same traits that they require of you, only in a different manner.

If you make and show a really great response then that's completely fine as it shows that you know what you're doing. If you explain in really great detail then that also shows that you know what you're doing. What's the difference? The application template is there to show that you understand how you would handle the situations the staff team believe they require of you. If you show that in the application in one way or the other, then why blame them for it?

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something

ZARP TTT Staff Meeting – Every Sunday 7PM UTC

There’s a weekly staff meeting for the server at the above time, which is held on the ZARP Teamspeak server (IP: ts.zarpgaming.com). You now get a vote on the new staff members and we’ll keep you up to date with new events and server updates at the meeting.
