Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin

Allthough iv'e only been moderator for soon a week i feel as though i have experience considering i have past experience with bhop (i was bhop moderator for 3 weeks) adding that together with me being active i'd say i'm fairly familiar with the commands and how to use them properly.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command

If someone is hacking for example (Fly, Esp, DDoS etc) Also if someone is being very racist towards other players who havent done anything to make that person say these things. (I'd only ban this person if he continuesly LTAP't after getting gagged/muted.)

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello there! Welcome to the zarp staff team and congratulations on becomming moderator! Now to open up the ULX menu type !menu now when you press the different buttons different actions/commands will open up now i to slay someone you simply press the slay button or type !slay [player] to slay them don't forget to add a reason! the same goes for other commands for example gag is the same thing but here it's important to type a reason as to why you're gagging them this is fairly obvious cause it says at the corner of the screen ''reason'' Now just deleted reason and type in why you're gagging them just like with slay however when you're using the !warn command it is extremely important to type your reason for example (Spamming E on a door or ''Exploit position'') just to name a few now if you're curious to know what is and isnt an exploit position an exploit position is when someone has glitched out of the map or just can't be killed in their current spot! Remember to stay active and follow the staff ethos have a great time here on Zarp Good luck!

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted

Cause i'm a trusted staff member and i'd also consider myself fit for the position. I know how to use my commands i know when to use them. i'm also staff on 3 of Zarps server and Ex-Bhop moderator as iv'e already explained in a previous question.

I'd advice you to get your activity up befoee the meeting, though you seem to be working on that as we speak. Note that to become an admin you need to have attended at least one meeting, so don't forget to be there Friday.

Also, you cannot ban someone for hacking. Not on your own, at least. A Super Administrator or higher needs to gather proof of the hacking and ask them whether they are hacking. If they deny it they may be banned permanently, if they admit it you can only warn them if they promise to turn it off.

I do find it funny how you squeezed your way through the template in the case of the If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? question. They want you to write a letter of around 200 words, yet you only state *how* you would write that letter. It isn't wrong, it just isn't what they want, and I strongly urge you to edit it.

Anyways, I wish you the best of luck. If you play everyday until the meeting you will probably have my support.

Hello again Megumin,

I'd like to appologize for my earlier comment. What I said there was not entirely valid. You interpreted the question in a different way than I am used to and blamed you for that, although your response was not false. It was a little short, maybe, but definitely not wrong like I earlier claimed. You have definitely improved your answer, though, so that's good.

Once again, if you keep up the good activity and the great work on the server then I'll probably vote for you.
