Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

As a Moderator I have been handling situations well and for a good time I have gotten the grasp of every command given to me.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

As a moderator there have been times when I haven't been able to ban somebody who kept rulebreaking during the night. No available admins were on to help me so as an administrator, I would be able to handle the rulebreakers if they need to be banned etc.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:



Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X, I have reviewed your ban and I feel that your ban was over the top. I have decided to accept this appeal as you didn't intend to mass propblock and it is your first ban. Your time has been shortened. Thank you for making an appeal.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):

I should be promoted as I have dealt with a lot of F1s and assisted some players about some things on SSRP. I am friendly in game with the staff and the players.

Hello Annie! I have looked over your app and have seen that it is very limited and also your time as a moderator is only a week. You are not ready for admin yet as your "If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:" is very none-detailed and not even correct. You added 3 commands when you need to feel as if you were training someone yourself. I personally think you should rewrite a few areas of your application and also know all the commands and how to tell others. Best of luck!

Hello Annie,

You did just get moderator, and although you might get Administrator rather quickly on the other servers SSRP is a relatively complicated gamemode. I'd advice you to improve the application wherever you can and do as many F1's as possible.
