Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
As a Moderator I have been handling situations well and for a good time I have gotten the grasp of every command given to me.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
As a moderator there have been times when I haven't been able to ban somebody who kept rulebreaking during the night. No available admins were on to help me so as an administrator, I would be able to handle the rulebreakers if they need to be banned etc.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello there. I see you have become a Moderator and you need some form of help. I'll say in this post what you need to understand as a moderator here at ZARP.
Firstly, there a few things you need to know such as being able to know what command to use when.
Gag:
Gag is able to stop people who use their mic for racism, using their mic when not the required job (Radio Manager Only).
Mute:
Mute is similar to gag but only blocks their chat being used. This should also be used if someone is being racist or if they are chat spamming.
Freeze:
Freeze is able to stop people do whatever. Moving, shooting etc. This should be used when someone is trying to escape a sit or if you need to stop somebody Mass RDMing etc.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello Player X, I have reviewed your ban and I feel that your ban was over the top. I have decided to accept this appeal as you didn't intend to mass propblock and it is your first ban. Your time has been shortened. Thank you for making an appeal.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I should be promoted as I have dealt with a lot of F1s and assisted some players about some things on SSRP. I am friendly in game with the staff and the players.
