I'm not sure why you were demoted the first time fully but I think you should wait a lot longer to prove you that you will be a good lead team member. Hey Mix3rz, You keep getting report abuses against you, some even accepted. You show no sign of improvement since you were demoted from Super Admin in the past. Perhaps if you let this rest for a while and actually show to everyone that you can do your job correctly then you maybe you deserve this rank again one day. Good luck! I can staff very well It's just that I have noticed you have been breaking a lot of rules and so I have been watching you and have seen many events where you have broken many of rules and so you were punished. do not be bias on me just because I have punished you for your wrongs.

To start it off
As Clarky managed to state beforehand you've almost never lived up to your job as an SA. The way he might've stated it was a bit rude and crude but it certainly does bring the news to you instantly. Sugarcoating that kinda stuff simply won't help..

Demoted
Unlike the things you've been telling people you were demoted from your role as an SA. Just like anything else it takes a lot to get demoted, especially from a lead team role.

Issues.
Recently I've seen loads of report abuses pop up against you, maybe not all of them got accepted but it still shows that something is happening what users don't quite agree on. It's not like "not getting a report against you" is hard you know...

Also, you've as a Lead Team Member received a lot of official warnings which obviously also aren't good. At all. The fact that you've managed to receive that great amount of warnings + managed to get yourself demoted doesn't show dedication, it shows you're not capable of holding the rank of Super Admin. Also, keep in mind you've been breaking rules across multiple Zarp platforms, everything from harassing users (this was a few months ago) and constantly break the TOU on TeamSpeak, by using a soundboard even after being spoken to a LOT of times.

To wrap it up.
After the actions I've seen you take as a Lead Team Member / Admin / TS-Staff I am convinced you're incapable of holding a Lead Team - Position and that you're unable to do your duties as a lead team member. A lot has happened (Sadly I can't say due to NDA) but I certainly don't have the trust in giving it another shot. Your demotion is too recently in my opinion and I'd honestly say I won't be voting yes for you anytime soon.

As to how to improve, it's best to let time show me (And the other lead team members) That you might have the capability after all. Unlike other candidates, we've given you the shot but you've failed us, meaning I will be MUCH less likely to give you another shot until I see you again as the candidate you once was.

Thanks for your time anna for this I really can say you have brought some very strong points to my eyes but have questions about a few maybe if I can ask about them in ts soon, may help me with my way back into the lead team.

Hmmm when mix3rz was a SA he did a good job. The only reason he was demoted was because of multiple official warns for abuse if i am not mistaken. You can't say he did a shitty job when he as actually doing reports and what not.

I can admit I have abused in the past but we all make mistakes and we all deserve a second chance, btw I haven't abused since I lost sa and I think that shows I'm learning from my mistakes
