I believe what DEADMONSTOR is talking about here is the fact that some of your responses on this thread show immaturity and small consideration for others to those that critisize you differently

For example: "Lol he took it as disrespect because I called him a kebab lol" isn't exactly the way you should respond to others when they say that their experience of you differs from others.

A good way to respond here would be "Sorry to hear you say that, could you explain why you believe I have been disrespectful to you and why I do not deserve staff?" Or something similar, rather than responding the way you did.

Either way, your application seems pretty good (if we ignore some small spelling mistakes and grammatical errors) and a lot of people speak very positively about you.
