Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My time as a moderator has contributed and will continue to contribute to me becoming an admin because I have learned how to handle
rulebreaks and How to use the warn,mute,kick,slay features. I have handled many sits and I have learned how to handle uncoperative players
and players that just dont like to follow the rules and like to be mingey. My time as a moderator Has been a fun adventure and I feel that
I should take my staff rank to a higher level and help the server out more and take care of the much harder to handle rulebreaks.I would like
to see myself evolve from a moderator to maybe even a headadmin someday and the next step to my goal is admin. I have worked hard to get my
Moderator rank by helping out with rulebreaks and I want to help out more by becomming an admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
One situation that was hard for me to work around as a moderator was the constant rulebreakers ganging up on the "little moderator"
because "I have no authority" on the server and I "couldnt ban them anyway" All I could do at the time was warn some of the rulebreakers
but it was hard to catch all of them with the limited abilities that I am provided. In the end I had to work around it by issuing kicks
from the server,But still knowing that these minges are still in the community with only just a kick and not a ban, But in the end I realised
I am the mature one here and they are just another brick in the wall and Im not going to let them bring me down.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello (Name) You Have just been accepted as an SSRP moderator, I am going to teach you the basics of your powers and what you can do
First Off we are going to start off with your commands.

[Kick] The kick command is self explainitory this command is for people who continue to break rules even after getting warned multiple times.

[Mute Chat] This command is used for the people whomuch rather much break rules verbally wether or not its racism,mic spam,or just even disrespect.

[Freeze] This command is for the rulebreakers who cant seem to stay still in sits or even could be used to stop rulebreakers dead in their tracks.

[Slay] This command Is used for slaying players as a form of punishment used instead of a warning.

[Mute Globally]This command is basically the same as the mute chat but it includes muting someones microphone.

[Goto] This command is used to goto a spacific player.

[Teleport] The teleport command teleports them to what ever point on the map that you are looking at.

[Back] This command can either teleport the player to last location teleported from or even back to spawn.

[Bring] This command allows you to bring one player to another


Next Handling f1's Just press f1 and see If any f1's have been submitted and Start from the top to bottom if any are submitted,
In order to handle an f1 You must right click the f1 submission as seen in the photo below.

After you click Handle you Can click goto as seen in this picture below.

And after you goto The player you ask how you may assist them and if a sit is needed take them to a roof out of rp. In the sit
You should ask about what happened and if another player is involved ask what their story is and get both sides of it to rule out
a verdict. If a punishment is needed you can issue a warning by typing in chat "/warn (steam ID) -Reason-"
after the sit is over teleport both of the players back to their last location and mark the f1 as finished as seen in the second
picture above. When this is all over you continue to do more f1's if needed but dont overwork yourself if you need assistance by other
staff dont be afraid to ask for help by asking in admin chat by typing "@ (your message)".

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would go on the forums and reply on the appeal " Hello (User) I have read over your appeal and I have decided that I am going to shorten your Ban to 2 weeks, Just know that if you messup like this again you will be banned

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I think I should be promoted because I have been working hard toward my moderator rank and handling f1's. I have plenty of f1's done and I have been in many sits so I have
what my job is and what I should be down. I have given out punishements such as warns/mutes to rulebreakers and sometimes that is not enough for some of the rulebreakers as to some of them constantly continue to break the rules and more than
a warning is needed such as a ban. As an admin I will be able to take my job to the next level and be able to properly handle the constant rulebreakers. I have been working hard as a moderator to get al the f1's that I can done and helping out
players in their time of need. I really hope that I get this promotion because I have always wanted to become an admin and be part of something big. I hope you all take my application into consideration.
