How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been staff on other communities and i have experience, ive been staff for 2 years in total (the other communities + ZARP), and i like it here. I come from a really bad community and here there are almost no salty people here, everyone is friendly and i love this community, i wanna be superadmin to help the server and make it more playable for users, i will try to goto every meeting and sit trough the whole thing. Pitt made me train Poogle for mod while i wasnt prepared, he said i did "alright" so i kinda know how to train mods, and admins shouldnt be too hard.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I have been staff on a server before, almost for two years, on a DarkRP-like server, so i had to do even more than i need to do here, so i have some experience, i will never put one of my friends in a advantage in any situation that happens and i can be serious if needed, my activity can go up if you want, up to 48 hours a week *NO LIFE* i have helped the community a few time (i tested some updates)

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I have thought that someone was hacking, but i couldnt anticheat them, if i get SA i dont have to bother lead team anymore. I also sometimes see a staff member being salty / annoying / disrespective, when i tell them to stop it, they simply reply with "you cant punish me" sometimes i needed to call a superadmin+ to help and i dont want to bother other Superadmins or higher out of their games and deal with it myself, if people ask me for help i will always try to help them.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would drag both of them in teamsteak and talk to them separate and then i would get them all in one teamspeak channel and try to find some witnesses and try to find out exactly what happened and if they did abuse, i will talk to Headadmins or higher to discuss the punishment so noone gets the wrong punishments.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would check the reason of the ban and check if he did it / talk to the staff member, if the ban is wrong, i would talk to the staff member. If he staff member is new i wouldnt be angry and just tell them to not ban them for that long, i would also tell them how to edit bans so they know what to do in the future.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would help the staff member over admin chat / teamspeak so he doesnt seem unprofessional towards the user and if he fails to do it correctly i would tell the user what he has done and not to do it again, if he fails to stop i will drag him in a teamspeak channel together with the staff member(s) and discuss it there.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would always talk to them in teamspeak or a Steam group chat to discuss the situation, if the staff member is new i wouldnt punish them (unless what he has done is abuse) if he is in the team for a while i would verbally tell them not to, if i didnt see it happen i would look in console (if its for ex. trapspam / steal) or ask he he has screenshotted it or recorded it to see if its true, if we have no proof i cant do anything but tell them to not do it.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would off course tell them to stop it or take it somewhere else and dont involve other staff members / users, i will try to solve the problem by getting them in a Steam group chat or in a Teamspeak room and if they get really disrespective or disrespect people that tell them to stop / people that have nothing to do with it i will verbally warn them (or instantly officially warn them, if its really disrespective / homophobic / racist) and if they carry on after the discussion i will get another leadteam or if i can solve it myself, i will try my best.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would (again) tell them to stop with the rulebreaking and if they do it once more it will be talked about with other leadteam and he should get punished for it, because staff members are here to make the server more playable for users and make sure they follow the rules, if a staff member breaks rules there is a bigger chance that users will too, i will freeze the staff member(s) and talk to them, if they unfreeze themselves they will get punished and dragged into teamspeak with other leadteam members
