Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is the act where Person A either attempts to, or kills, Person B, without proper cause. For example, mugging them without advertising, and then shooting them, not raiding properly and killing Person B while they're in their base, or going up to Person B in the street and killing them without reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
When you die, you must wait 2 minutes before you re-enter the district you died in. If Person B was shot by Person A in Fountain District, and then returned to the Fountain District, he would be breaking New Life Rule.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Ask Player Y why he killed Player X, check for evidence of Player Y's statements in the chat logs. If Player Y can not give an explanation/back it up with evidence then he would be warned.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Check if it was 2 minutes between kills and check if Player Y RDMed Player X by killing him after being killed in the first place. If he broke NLR and RDMed I would warn and jail for 100 seconds.

Why I should be chosen:
Well, I'm sure there's so many other candidates as willing as I am, but I really like Zarp and I feel like since I'm always on it, and if my 6 years of DarkRP has taught me anything, it should be to help moderate my favourite DarkRP server, I guess. Sorry for the cheesy line, but it's honest. Zarp's pretty cool and there's not always active moderators. I'm a pretty good guy when I try to be, if not most of the time, and I do like to do my job as moderator. I think I'd do the server a huge favour by joining the staff team.
