What is Ghosting?: Ghosting is when a player has died and they give the alive players information that could change the aspect/outcome of the game, Example "Dead player" Says to the "alive players" which correct portal to go through on the map minecraft. which then the "dead player" would then get a warning for ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If a player is being disrespectful to me or someone else in the community, I would tell them to stop being disrespectful, then there for i would Gag/mute/warn them if they carry on they will be kicked.

Why I should be chosen:
I think i should be chosen because i'm a very active player and i play on the Zarp deathrun server everyday,so if i got chosen i can moderate through out the day and night when other members of staff aren't online as I've noticed that you get some people that troll, Mic spam and try to ruin the experience for other players, and i have a lot of experience being staff on different servers that i no longer play anymore, I know how to handle situations if people are breaking the rules, I also have a mic so i can communicate with players easier, I know how to play death run and im a very experienced player and i'm always willing to take part in activities in the server and i will try my best to make other players feel comfortable and like there part of the zarp gaming community, I would say im a chill guy and always respect other staff member/players, I've also got team speak so i can come on at anytime.
