Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My time as a moderator has contributed to the becoming an admin because I give a fair chance for both sides to give there story's even if there is no F1's I look for someone to help round the map or accordingly to the rule breakers on the server which they are rule breaking on

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around:
What I've found is that it was an RDM F1 Which involved multiple eye witnesses and rdmers and F1's At the same time so basally one Rule breaker was lying about the situation because his logs we're filled with kill logs and another RDM'er was Shouting down his mic and ended up LTAPing two of the eye witnesses said that they we're RDMing in spawn and one of them had NLR so i had to speak to him after about that so what i did is paste each of the kill logs of each of them in chat I said why did you RDM some people in spawn he said he didn't even after I pasted the logs so I warned him for Lying in Sit and Mass RDM and then I Teleported them back to spawn spoke to the two eye witnesses said are you satified with the outcome they both said that its good and then I spoke to the Eye witness about the NLR he said sorry and prommised he'd never to do it again After i went into the spectator box and watched the one RDM'er to see what he/she was going todo (It was pretty boring since he was afk and then timed out)

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
I would say "Congrats on Mod the first thing you'll learn is how to access the f1 menu so the first thing you'll see is the active F1's there youll be to Handle mark as spam copy the reporters steam id Etc the next tab is the Warning tab that is the tab with all the active warnings on the server you are on next is the logging that is the logs so that anywere from Death logs to dropping money logs next is the active NLR those are the people on the server with all the active NLR atm the moment it will tell you how long it is until its over as well next is /Tp this will tp you to wear your corsair is and if you do /tp *Steam id* then it'll bring the person with the steam id to you next is /bring I recomend to use steam id for this as well or the tab menu it will bring the person to you but not to your corsair /back will do back them to the area which they were use the tab menu or steam id for this you can do /backspawn *steam id* and it'll take them to spawn /slay *Steam id* *method* for this is like a last resort so if they we're prop pushing propflying or mass rule breaking it will slay them /warn *Steam id* Reason this will warn them if they have 2 warns and you warn them it'll kick them if they have 3 and you warn them it will ban them for 1 hour you can do /unwarn *steamid* *reason* this will unwarn them of the thair active warn which you gave them but you will need to get a HA+ to remove it from thair Rap sheet
/kick *steam id* *Reason* will kick them ONLY use this for a last resort use this for a mass Rule break etc /freeze *steam id* *Selected time* use this for rdmer's prop spammers prop pushers etc /chatmute *steam id* *time* this will chat mute them only use this if thair useing racist slurs etc /voicemute *steam id* *time* this will mute them from using voice but not chat use this for racial slurs mic spamming etc the F6 menu is the wrap sheet of the warning the names of the people currently on the server will come up but the people that are offline you need to scroll down fully and put thair steam id in the search bar again I would like to again congratulate on getting moderator

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would like to inform you that your ban appeal has been accepted I can clearly see that this is your first ban and you seem sorry for it I recomend that you read over the rules so you don't break rules again


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I think that I am ready for the Responsibility for Administrator because I've had experiences of staff before on different server I know that some people will see that I'am not ready but i see myself as ready and I do want to prove others wrong and make a difference for example i have done 134 F1's this week alone and to see what is to come next week i could get a lot higher with more trust from the staff team to improve the server's from people that ruin the Roleplay aspect that ruin it for others i give fair trials for the players i let them tell me both of the sides of the story and see what the situation if i see a person that has broken a rule and theirs no F1 i do not turn my head i go over to that person ask if i can take them to a private area to speak to about there rule break and to see why they did it if they have broken a rule with no explanation i will warn them on the rule that they've broken but if they have given an alibi i will place them back to the position that they we're at that is why I should become admin

Didnt you get accepted this week?

Needs more experience and needs to stop being mod in duty and running around in the city
