How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been in this community for a long time and i should be Super Admin because there are things that admins cant solve. I know this from SSRP. I'm on every day for like 4 hours. I want to help staff team that needs help from a lead team member.


I should be promoted because I have been honest and fair to people. I'm in touch with the lead team. I'm experienced as admin. I'm trusted with powers. I'm active. I have proven leadership skills. I think i am ready to handle this big duty. There are some problems that admins can't solve, and i will be a super admin that helps admins about it.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: I have encountered some little things that were not too important. But if a staff member needs help from a lead team member im ready to help them.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: First, i would check the proof. After that, i will talk to the staff member about it. If the proof is not enough and staff member says that he didnt do anything, i will be denying it. If the proof is enough i will talk to the staff member and make sure he wont do it again. If he does it again he will be up in the lead team meeting for demotion.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I will talk to the staff member about why he did it for that long, if he says "i verbal warned him 3 times" or "I verbal warned him, warned him, kicked him. It was not enough to keep it away from rulebreaking" I would say Alright then, this ban should stay. But if he banned for that only with a warning, i will tell him to unban / lower the ban.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? If any of the staff team member is struggling to handle a user, i would talk to the staff team member through admin chat or teamspeak. I would ask for the story, I would help the staff member about handling it. And end of it, i would tell the staff member "If you encounter anything like this, just message me on steam."

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? I would ask for proof, if the proof is enough, i will talk to the staff member that broke rules. And if this happens again i will bring this up to lead team meeting. If the proof is not enough, i will keep an eye on the staff member for a while to make sure he does not break rules.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? I will talk to the staff member and make sure he doesnt be disrespectful even if he is right.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I will talk to the staff member, make sure he doesnt do anything again, will have my eyes on him for a while. If this happens again he will be brought up to lead team meeting.

All you do is loophole and not listen to higher staff on ssrp.

You are doing a good job as administrator but you are not fit for this rank. you also have a rushed app and you don't show dedication to the staff team.

This application looks extremely rushed and lacks great amounts of detail. I really think that you do not deserve this rank as your activity isn't good enough. You have shown no leadership skills and haven't attempted to help the server in anyway. You haven't gained enough experience and since you didn't get accepted last time you have shown no effort or commitment to the server.

Please do not see this as hostility but use it as constructive critism to allow yourself to become better.

If you're giving a bad rep on SSRP, it can reflect onto other servers too. As an example, that's like me saying I could spam the chat full of racial words on DR for example, and if I were to apply for SA on a server like Bhop it wouldn't matter, which is in this case it does matter.

You need to improve on activity, also your application seems a little rushed. Good luck.
