What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when a dead player tells a player if a trap has been activated or what side to go so you dont die.Player x is alive and Player y is dead Player y tells Player x that a trap has been activated.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) first of all i would tell them to stop disrespecting the player and if they keep going i would gag them and if they leave and join again i would gag them again.If he does it again then i would kick him for Constant Disrespect. If he joins again then i would ask higher staff member to ban him for a day.

I have had much experience with big communities, I am a very friendly person who enjoys helping players on a daily basis. I also know every command and I have been doing staff work for many years in other servers. I wish to become staff on your community so that i can get back to doing what i most enjoy and helping out the community as much as i possibly can. I am a very calm person who can deal with situations very calm and I am good at managing stuff.

you recently got emergency demote which isn't in your advantage.
I think you should wait more until u regain trust withing the players and staff

Firstly as Hamad pointed out you were only recently demoted for a specific reason. When you got demoted you said "I don't like being staff, it's sh*t anway". This firstly points out your immaturity as you react like that way for something as simple as that. Personally I don't think you are anywhere near ready to go back for staff.
