Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
If they did not know how to surf, first I would attempt to tell them how the controls work ("A" for when the ramp is on the left, "D" for when the ramp is on the right) and show them how to air strafe etc...

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would warn them 2 times, then Mute / Gag them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would attempt to report it to a Super Admin, and see what they would like to do with the situation.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have enjoyed this server very much so in the 4 or so days that I have played it, and I feel I can help keep the server friendly and clean from Trolls. I have been almost every rank you can think of in DarkRP and I am interested in how different Surf moderating is compared to DarkRP.
