Surf Related
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would either take them to youtube if they are comftable doing that or I would try teaching them myself,, I would teach them about strafing and how to lock on the ramp such as On right side you hold and and turn mouse left with it and dont do it all the way and its the same for left side with D and you turn right with your mouse. I am NOT a very good teacher when it comes to surf

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
Warn them, Then mute them for 5 minutes if they proceed i would mute for 10 minutes then i would kick them, If needed I would give them a temporary ban (ONLY if constant mic/text spam with 2 warnings)

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would warn them not do it again, if they proceed to do it I would kick them and if needed I would temp ban (ONLY if they dont stop after multiple times)

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I think I should be chosen for Moderator for the follow reasons, 1. I love to play on ZARPGaming Surf and Im on frequently if I dont have school. 2. I believe I can get people to stop mic/text spamming or exploiting bugs throughout the gamemode. 3. I dont like racisim or make any racist jokes. 4. When I am I stay on for about 30 minutes to 2 hours

You cannot ban as a moderator either, you need to change this is your application.
