Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:so basicly rdm is random death match and you cant do it so basicly its going up to people and jest killing them for no reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:it means you can go back to a place where you died for a certain amount of time

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
i would say you cant really rdm some one so i shall warn the if do it again il warn again then again kick then after ask a admin or higher to banned them

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.I i would say you are warned and if again kicked but befor that also say you cant come back to where you died for to long and you cant keep killing there either

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):i should be chosen because i love zarp and love darkrp i will play up to 1-2hours and make sure things are running good i wont let any one down and i will listen to higher staff i am not a abuser or lier i am truful and use my powers for the right when ever there is a meeting il come andi dont hack and im freindly iv had expiries befor and i will tell friends and every one to play its a great game with zarp working it 100000 thums up.

I read through your application and it seems a bit rushed for me and also some of the question are not answered correctly.

Here are some point to improve on:

New Life Rules: I see that you have a clear knowledge of that you can't go back to the place where you died for 3 minutes but there is more to the NLR rule.

Have a read at this:

2.2 New Life Rule - Do not return or interact with the district(See below for a District Map) of your death that you died until 3 minutes has passed. There is a timer at the top of your screen. If you died in the spawn area, leave it promptly through the nearest tunnel or AFK at spawn, you must also forget everything about your previous life and start a new one, as from it's name "New Life Rule"

The logs are not evidence for RDM they just show who killed who so take that in consediration that not every kill is RDM and there could be a reason for player y to kill player x

I see what you are trying to say but as I said the logs are not a proof of a rule break most of the times and there are plenty of reasons why the kill logs are close like a active bank raid where the police have no NLR or a nuke

Why is that my answer?
I feel like you need to improve your activity a lot since you only got 3 days and we recomend around 2Weeks of constant activity and with that I don't feel like you are staff material fix the gametime and I will change my support but for now I will be voting no for you in the meeting.
