Quick Introduction
Hi! My name is Peter, aka spoderman/andreas. I used to be a Deathrun Administrator. But resigned as you may notice. I came to the conclusion that it was a big mistake since deathrun has quite improved and became alot of fun. Since i resigned from all of my staff positions my attitude became immature and childish. By creating a fresh start on deathrun im hoping to improve this and become my old self. Since i joined the deathrun server i tried to be as mature as possible and help as many people as i possibly can. Plus i gained activity and therefor im going to apply as moderator (because my previous application got denied) Since i can't apply for administrator this week i decided im going for moderator since i want to start staffing immediately.

What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)[/b]
Example 1: Ghosting is when Player 1 gives information to Player 2 inorder to change the outcome of the round. Example: Player 1 is going thru a 50/50 Door trap. Player 2 gives direct information (in chat so everyone can see) to Player 1 saying: "It's the left door!"
General ghosting: Ghosting is when somebody who is dead is trying to change the outcome of the round by telling information that could change the outcome of the round.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
Player 1 calls Player 2 a 'Dickhead' for stealing his guns at the end of the round.
Example 1:
Player1: Oi, dickhead, why the fuck you stole my guns
Player2: That's not very nice is it.
Me: Player 1, could you not use offensive language as it may offend/hurt somebody's feelings
Player 1: Alright, my bad, sorry Player2
(Problem resolved)

Example2:
Player1: Oi, Dickhead, why the fuck you stole my guns?
Player2: That's not very nice is it
Me: Could you not use offensive language as it may offend/hurt somebody's feelings
Player1: Fuck off you monkey
Me: Mutes Player1:
Player1: (reconnects)
Player1: Fuck you, asshole
Then Player1 Get's warned because of disrespect and gets muted again
Player1: (reconnects and start's swearing again)
(In this situation i would get an administrator to assist me and remove this player off the server for 60 minutes)

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))
I should be chosen because i care about deathrun. I care about the players and care about the general reputation about the community itself. I've become mature and respect the rules. I understand the rules very well and have experience on how to maintain them. I've been staff in the past on all servers and know the rules from all of them, deathrun being the favorite server. Since deathrun is growing rapidly and people are very positive about the community is one of the point's i like the gamemode so much! And being in such a great community is a large positivity boost for me. I will do and try everything to make the community even better as it is in this current state. In order to make that happen, i will try to learn different coding languages to boost the developing speed by various old suggestions such as the gangs system and various others. Me being chosen as moderator is a good choice and boost for the staff team. Speaking about the staff team, i will try to keep in contact with them and try to assist them continuously. And will work always as a team.
