Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: So Player B Is being racist/sexist etc. to another player, I would tell the player to stop with a warning as thats unacceptable to do so to another user within the community. If he continues I would mute him for 5 mins but if he starts again after a while I would give him a ban for the amount of time I feel is needed.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X! I have read over your appeal carefully and seen you are very sorry for your actions on the TTT Server. So I have spoken with the admin who banned you.

Why I should be promoted: I am a trusted member on the zarp community, I know all the rules. I have been on zarp TTT For 2 years and I am in good terms with the server, The current staff team of the server, The rules etc. I have been Admin on the TTT Server several times and I have always liked the TTT Server. I am currently Bhop admin, Ex-SSRP Admin, Ex TTT-Admin. I know all the rules as Ive been on the server for a long ime, I know how to deal with defiant users racism,Hate and big problems, As I mentioned I am trusted with the rank, I ahev never been banned on any of the zarp servers ever in my last 2 years . I have never abused or let anger get to me or anything like that,

Once again you need to state who allowed you to apply. This time your activity is a whole lot better than last week, but I still feel like it isn't enough.
