What is Ghosting? and give an example:

Ghosting is when a player that recently died tell a player that is successfully winning what portal to go thoue or what a code is to something , where a automatic trap is or when to go or stop. which can prevent changes to the game.

For Example:
On the Minecraft_Pyramid map. There are three players which usernames are Jacky , Bambi and Hunter. Hunter is death. Bambi and Jacky are runners.Jacky died at the first trap. Bambi successfully makes it to the 2 portals. Bambi's choice is to either go left or right. Jacky spectates the death/Hunter and sees that Hunter has clicked left then right so in order to Bambi make it past the portals he/she will need to go right then left. Then Jacky tells Bambi "You need to go right then left to make it past the portals"

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

If I saw someone being disrespectful to a player I would first give a verbal warning and tell the disrespectful player what could happen if they continued peacefully and calmly. If the disrespectful player continues being disrespectful after a verbal warning i would warn "Please do not be disrespectful again to anyone else" then a mute/gag for 5 mins. 5 mins later.
If he/she carry's on I will kick them "I do not want to repeat myself.Please do not be disrespectful" If he/she joined back and continues I will contact a higher rank to ban for disrespect.

How you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member?
Firstly I will warn and verbal warn. If he/she continues being disrespectful i will kick the player. If she/he joined back and continues I will contact a higher rank staff to ban.

Why I should be chosen:

I think i should be chosen because I have experience of being a staff because i am EX-Admin. Also because i love helping people and i can sort stuff out very calmly and peacefully. And also I have asked some of the staff members if they think i will be a good staff and they said yes. And i am pretty active on Zarp Gaming. I know all the rules. And I think i am responsible of this job. I will help Zarp players with anything i can and i will try my best at everything .
