What is Ghosting?: Ghosting is when a player has died and they give the alive players information that could change the aspect/outcome of the game, Example "Dead player" Says to the "alive players" which correct portal to go through on the map minecraft. which then the "dead player" would then get a warning for ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If a player is being disrespectful to me or someone else in the community, I would tell them to stop being disrespectful, then there for i would Gag/mute/warn them if they carry on they will be kicked.

Why I should be chosen: I think i should be chosen because i'm a very active player and i play on the Zarp deathrun server everyday,so if i got chosen i can moderate through out the day and night when other members of staff aren't online, and i have a lot of experience being staff on different servers that i no longer play anymore, I know how to handle situations if people are breaking the rules, I also have a mic so i can communicate with players easier, I know how to play death run and im a very experienced player and i'm always willing to take part in activities in the server and i will try my best to make other players feel comfortable and like there part of the zarp gaming community, I would say im a chill guy and always respect other staff member/players, I've also got team speak so i can come on at anytime.
