How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:

I have been an a administrator for a long time ever since I became moderator on TTT and I have been dedicated to ZARP
TTT since I became a moderator. I have been helpful as to making sure rule breakers don't cause disruptions in the server and I have let people be happy and have a good time in the ZARP community. I have seen conflicts between several staff and as a super administrator I would be able to resolve staff situations by speaking to them and make sure the staff team work well together.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?

I am a good candidate for Super Administrator as I have developed following qualities in the server:

Dedication

I am dedicated to the server by being active and friendly towards staff and users. I make sure rule breakers don't cause issues in the server and I do a lot of reports successfully.

Trust

I am trustworthy in the community and I often ask other staff members if they need help with certain situtations. I am also trusted around staff members from different servers. I am also a super admin on Deathrun.

Friendly

I am friendly with other staff members and users and I also appreciate their support for helping me get this far. I consider everyone in the community friendly and helpful.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

As an administrator, I have seen some staff argue and no lead team members were available to help them be more nice to each other as users might think the staff are negative members. If I was a Super Administrator I would be able to help resolve the argument and remind them that staff behaviour can affect a user's behaviour and will have a negative effect on the server and the staff team.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

If there was an abuse report against staff I would ask for evidence to see if they can prove the staff member abused.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

If a staff member bans a user for a week just for repetitive RDMing, I would approach the staff member and ask them why they banned a user for a week. If the staff member says "Because he came back after his kick and warns and repeated RDMing people even though he was warned multiple times not to." then I would allow the time. If the staff member says that he did it once after his warns and kicks, I would ask them to decrease the time so the player can think about what they have done.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

If a staff member is struggling to handle a user, I would speak to them in admin chat or in Team Speak and I would ask what the user has done to know what the staff member is struggling with. I would help them by telling them what they can do to make sure the user understands what they did.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?

I would get the two staff members into Team Speak to talk about what happened between them and what rule the reported staff member broke. I would make sure they both know the rules and that the staff member who broke them understands what rule they broke and how. I would also ask if there are other staff members who were there to make sure there is an unbiased story.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

If a staff member acts in a disrespectful manner, I would invite them to Team Speak to talk about his actions and I would ask what they did that started the argument. I would then ask the staff member that was disrespected and ask what the staff member did them. Once I reach a conclusion, I will either decide to warn the staff member for disrespect and then causing an argument if they didn't mean to or demote them if the offended staff member does not want to forgive them and I will remind them both that their actions could harm users.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

If a staff member broke rules to harm a user, I would get that staff member into Team Speak to talk about their actions. Firstly, I would make sure the staff member knows what they did wrong and explain to them that this is serious as you have actually harmed another user and that the harmed user is offended by their actions. I would give them an official warn then if they do it again, they would be demoted
