Steam Name: -- A Good Pianist (Rob)
Link to Steam Profile: -- steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198047856789 SteamID: -- STEAM_0:1:43795530 Current Gametracker Profiles: Server 1 - www.gametracker.com/player/A%20Good%20Pi...arpgaming.com:27100/ Estimated Server Time: -- 3100+ Languages I speak: English and the basics of French and Spanish and a few words in Swedish Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I feel my time as Moderator has contributed to me becoming admin as I feel I am on most of the time when there are no other admins on and sometimes there are cases where having the simple mod commands such as gag, mute and kick are not good enough to prevent some rule breakers and I feel I have experienced enough of this and I have gotten used to the new menu and know how to use it effectively to prevent the rule breakers. Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): a situation I had to handle was yesterday when a certain user was constantly disrespecting me and other users on the server and I had to keep gagging and muting him however this user was leaving to remove the gags and the mutes I had placed on him (LTAP) and he continuously did this for around 2 maps until I chose to get in contact with anon (a head admin) to get this user banned and gave him the proof he needed to do so however obviously if I was given admin this meeting I could of prevented this myself and wouldn't need to interrupt people like anon who are often busy If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: firstly in attempting to train a moderator I would first arrange a time for us both to be on the server and suggest the newly accepted mod to either get on or help them install TS3 so it would be easy to do so however if the user doesn't want to install TS3 for whatever reason I would train them via the voice chat in game and over steam (similarly I would later add them if they had questions after I have finished training) after we our on the server I would try to get another mod or get myself set down to mod again and then explain what command does what and when an appropriate time to use them are and then I would ask the new staff member to test there commands on me so they then see what the commands do first hand, obviously after we have gone through and tested all commands I would ask the staff member if he had any questions if so I would go back and either re explain or answer them in as much detail as possible if not as I said id add them on steam in case they think of any questions or are struggling later on. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would confer with another staff member to see what their opinion on this appeal is as 2 opinions is better then one however I feel I would give this user another chance and probably spectate him to see if he is using something as his movement would be noticeable or I would get a SA+ to come anti cheat him to see if he is using anything but I will constantly be checking to see if he is cheating again similarly I would verbally warn the player before unbanning him if he does anything seriously wrong deliberately then he will be getting rebanned almost instantly this allows the player to understand not to break anymore rules otherwise he will be back on the ban list and will of messed up his only chance. Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): Extra Information: (Not Required) honestly I feel I should be promoted as I feel I am very dedicated to the bhop server and I try to be on for at least an hour everyday along with this I aim to prevent as many mic/chat spammers as I possibly can since these are the most common rule breakers on the bhop server as I understand how annoying and unnecessary they are when players are trying to play normally or try hard to break a record. similarly I consider myself very friendly in game and I try my best to help as many users as possible. Thank You for taking the time to read my application and hopefully I stand a chance of getting accepted <3 |

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP BunnyHop! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game attitude are checked and then the staff team votes on your application. Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP BHOP staff team. Before you get started, a staff member will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s a weekly staff meeting for the server every Sunday at 8PM GMT, which is held on the ZARP Teamspeak server (IP: ts.zarpgaming.com). You now get a vote on the new staff members and we’ll keep you up to date with new events and server updates at the meeting. Congratulations and thanks for supporting ZARP! . |
