Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Player A joins the game, Player A shoots and kills 5 people randomly without a reason too and leaves the server without answering any reports.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello, You have gone through a great effort to appeal this ban and put in a lot of detail but the reason you were banned was cheating and we do not allow cheating at all on the server. however this is your first ban and i am willing to reduce the time you were banned if you do not cheat again. If you are caught cheating again there will be no more chances and you will be banned permanently.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. I have fulfilled the duty of a mod for a few weeks now and i have done a good job on trying too keep the servers friendly. I have really good activity and Have had several reasons to ban people with no admins online. I am mature and Look to make the community better

I feel the application could be better, it isn't that detailed. What you put down is not wrong, but it isn't necessarily right either. If someone shoots and kills 5 people and then leaves, then they Mass RDMed and LTAPed. Whether they answer reports doesn't matter. Also, it is Mass RDM when 3 people have been killed by the same person in a single round - not necessarily 5. Either way, it doesn't matter. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
