How i have helped as Super Admin?:
As super admin i have constantly helped out many players and staff members and making sure they are doing their job to the best of their ability. As well as this i have trained many new staff members and successfully taught them all they need to help the server and kept an eye on them to make sure they are doing to job; i have helped to improve overall staff activity by making sure staff with low play times are talked to and appropriately dealt with, this has taken affect successfully and over 86% of staff got their activity as a result showing that motivation has been improved lately. All staff that did not receive their activity were talked to and i made sure that no staff went unnoticed.

Dedication to Deathrun:
I am very dedicated to deathrun getting myself 10+ hours each week to try and make sure the server is at its best at all times, i count myself as a friendly face that any staff member can come to for help and tried to the best of my ability to help them as much as i can. I spend countless hours on deathrun and making sure the server is free of rule breakers at all times and try to put as much input into meetings and debates as possible to make sure the right players are becoming staff and when the players do i make sure that they are dedicated and want the role as a staff member. I am also constantly active on the forums and make sure i help people as much as i possibly can.

Why i am a good candidate:
I believe i am a good candidate because as i have stated before i am very dedicated and believe with this new rank i can help the server even more by making sure all the staff are doing their job to the bets of their ability and with my many months in this community with staff roles on other servers such as TTT and surf i am experienced and believe i am ready for the role. When i handle situations i make sure to hear both sides of the situation so i can handle it in the most efficient way for example when someone has applied for staff i will give them advice and instead of instantly putting my opinions I give the candidate tips on how they could improve and watch them ingame to view their attitude myself and not relying 100% on the applications because of this the deathrun staff team is one of the most dedicated staff teams i believe zarp has that's why we as a staff team don't just work together we are family and make sure we take care of everyone, i know its sounds cheesy but its true and thats why as a staff team we have very few problems with staff members abusing their powers or not doing their job because me along with other members make sure there is an iron fist to keep order and a friendly experience for the players.

What i want to achieve as Head Admin:
As head admin i would like to make activity of staff members even higher especially with the current growing player base in deathrun, we have had up to 30 player in the past couple of days and i have no one else to thank but the amazing work of the dedicated staff team to thank for that. i would also like to thrive for the staff team to be friendly towards the players and to make sure zap stands out from the crowd and is a truly one of a kind server; this will improve player activity overall and will make the server the best it can possible, we have been soaring through the ranks on the server list lately and i believe i can improve this even more by looking at the most popular server and making sure we are doing what they are doing but better to improve player experience.
But most of all i believe I can help make gameplay experience better for the player because i know we as a community treat servers like a business and believe we forget about the true purpose of having a server which is to have a fun and enjoyable players and to make sure that the player is having fun at all times and to improve the over all game play experience for the player. This is the message i strive to promote....

I thought i would quickly address my activity for this week, i am still going to try and get 10+ hours this week but some days i will seem inactive because i am going to the gaming festival insomnia from Thursday until Monday; i am putting this so i don't seem inactive this week on some days and active on others.
