What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting basicly means, Giving advantages to runners while you're dead. If you're dead, You can't say what portal/door is the correct door to go through as that would be Ghosting Here's some examples of correct ghosting and wrong ghosting.

[SuperAdmin] Annie: Yo Jordan, What's the correct door to go through?, Jordan replies saying It's the LEFT door.

The example above would be a great example of Ghosting as Annie would not know the correct door without the help of Jordan. So there for, Jordan has now ghosted to give players an advantage.

[Admin] Silent Call: Jordz, I know you're dead can you go and see what the correct code is so I can win? Thanks.

That would be another valid example of the Ghosting Rule, As you can see without the help of Jordz Silent would not know the correct door code. Meaning, Jordz has broken the Ghosting rule.

Correct Way to Handle this
Bassicly, if I see someone/group of people ghosting this is how I'd handle the situation to the best of my abiliity.

[Server Owner]*DEAD* Biwix: Yo guys the code to the door is Left Right!, If I saw this I would reply saying [Moderator] Jordz: Yo G, I'm afraid you can't do that as it's currently against the rules of Ghosting as you're giving players an advantage, If you continue I'll mute/gag you then if you still proceed to do it you will be warned!

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
First and formost as I'm SSRP Head Admin I deal with alot of this daily, Here's how I would handle it:

A Good Pianist: You stupid ugly smelly looking asd, You can go and die.
Firstly, I'd either type or speak to this person who is disrespecting myself/staff, I'd Verbally warn them first then if they continue they will be mutted/gagged, After I ungag them and they continue to do it I will gag/mute them for longer and then proceed to warn them, so I'd type !warn <name> Disrespect. So then other staff will know he's been disrespecting!

Why I should be chosen:
Alright, so right now when this application is being proceesed I will have 7 days of Activity when it's being reviewed. I believe I should be accepted as I think I'm on very good terms on this community as I'm currently Lead Team on SSRP As well as Forum staff and Teamspeak Head Admin. That would make me a ideal person to go to if you have any help as I'm currently always avalible to anyone who has any issues/problems.

Fun
Currently, I've always loved Deathrun as now they have vapes in it! , Currently the Staff Team & Players in the server are a treat and it's a really good way to start my day just chilling out on Deathrun before I go to SSRP or after SSRP when I've been busy all day , Right now I'm currently enjoying Deathrun alot as it's a really fun gamemode to play with guys & Girls.

Time
Currently like I said above, I do have alot of time on my hands and I'm ready to go for Deathrun Staff to help out that server as well as SSRP, Currently I've been playing more than 2 hours each day and will hopefully have good activity for myself to get accepted for Moderator.

Hopefully, Everyone in the Deathrun Staff Team knows what I can achieve when I put my mind to it, As I've been in the community for 2 years coming August. So far I've just being going up and up and I don't ever plan to go down as I'm always trying my best at everything I do to the best of my ability. As I'm currently SSRP Head Admin as well as Forum Global Moderator & Teamspeak Head Admin so I'm willing to use my experince and knowledge to help on Deathrun.

Experince
I've been in the community for a while and I've been involved in many situations where I've been in or handled previously, I believe with all my ranks in the community as well as experince I think I'd be a really good canidate for the Deathrun Staff and that's why I'm applying for it today.

Activity Please bare in mind, That when this is being reviewed I will have 1 week of activity as well as 2-3 hours or even more daily as well as always being friendly and active to everyone, staff and players.

Great guy, and great staff on other servers. Activity could be improved (as in 2+ weeks consistently), but in the time that you have played, your activity is good, and you have far more than the requirements.

Omg big up jordz G highly trusted in this community and has an extremely good app full of examples couldn't really get better and your activity yet not 2 weeks is still very well and from past experience we have accepted people with 1 week and I think u have a chance at this good luck bro
