What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when the dead players are helping the alive players to win the game.
Example1: *DEAD* xXx|UsingBhopScripts|xXx: At the portals he pressed LEFT and RIGHT
Example2: *DEAD* -Aimbot.exe-: Go on right!

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I will verbally warn him first, if he keeps going, i will mute him, after that if he still keeps going i will warn him. And if he doesnt stop, an admin will be enough to stop him .

Why I should be chosen: Its actually hard to take care of the mic spammers (ear rapers), trap spammers,trap reactivators,ghosts without powers. It gets worse when no staff is on. Also the exploiters? Lets not talk about them. I'm fair to players. Anyways, to people who doesn't know about me, I have been staff on zarp before, im experienced / trusted with powers. I can do alot for the server. I'm friendly in-game. Thats it.

I dont really see the point you're trying to prove i put thought into my app, for example for the why i should be chosen i put 98 word which is over the recommended and shows i put the effort towards my application, while yours only 24 words. sorry mate
