I feel like I am ready to be staff on Bhop, I feel as an administrator of Bhop I Have many more commands to help enforce the rules properly, Due to not many staff on Bhop Admins are sometimes hard to get on and different time zones so bans cant be made if There are no available Admin+ Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around One time I encountered 2 users putting links in the chat they were links to scripts and hacks, I muted them both but then they kept coming back, One of them started getting really racist and then the other one was looking for glitches and loopholing the rules because he knew I was mod and I cannot ban but I can kick, So he keeps doing things like this And I try to get a few admins on but they are busy and asleep or doing something or offline, I muted them both chat and voice and they stopped with the racism but they kept loopholing etc, Then they left I did not see them ever on the server again. If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Hello! Congratulations on becoming Moderator on the Zarp Bhop server! We are happy to have you on the staff team and believe you will do great things to help out the server  So we are going to get into the commands this will be a short training session. Now teleport! Warning: Spoiler! Onto bring Warning: Spoiler! Back Command Warning: Spoiler! Now you are ready to be a moderator if you have any questions ask a fellow staff member! Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? Hello there Bigwhal , I see You were banned for cheating, I have spoken to the staff who banned you and He told me he told you to stop about 3 times and you didnt so I will be reducing your ban to 3 days! Thank you for appealing  Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I believe I am ready, I know all the commands for Admin and know how to use them properly, I have been trying my best on the server and with admin I can properly enforce the rules, I know all the rules of bhop and bhop is the only server I am staff on and can be staff on atm but some admins aren't on the same time as me to ban other players if needed or to use admin commands. I believe as an Admin of Bhop I could help a lot more on the server. There aren't a lot of staff on bhop so more help with that could be needed and more people are starting to apply for bhop which is great! I want to help out the server because most of the time the server has no staff on it when there could be 15 users doing who knows what. Extra Information I resigned from SSRP Admin because SSRP Is so packed at so many f1s I cannot get done when Bhop needed more help and I wanted to help this server out. Thats Why I resigned from SSRP.
