Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
It is appropriate to use the ban command when a player mass RDMed (killing 3 players or more) and then LTAP (Left/Leave To Avoid Punishment)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hi there Player X, I am sure you are a great person. Thanks for putting effort into this, and you are very sorry. You still cheated which is against the rules, but I shouldn't have permanently banned you and I will shorten your time banned. I would suggest to not cheat again, or I will have to permanently ban you. Since you have put so much effort into this appeal, it must mean that you really care about the server.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think I should be promoted because I put so much time into ZARP, last week I played over 24 hours, but this week I have been a little busy with tests. I have only been mod since 19th March, but I think I am ready. I have seen many people mass RDMing and then just leaves, and most of the time I can't do anything but to say it to an admin, and then there are nobody on. A person tried to demote me, I understand why. I cursed at him, which it was very foolish of me and I didn't mean it like he though, and I am really sorry about that and it will never happen again. I always try to do the reports, and I always check if there is proof for warning and auto slaying.

Extra Information: (Not Required)
I am mostly on server 2, because there is not always so many people, it is more maps and not jus the same, many nice people on server 2. But I join server 1 when I have time and there is lacking staff. And I was denied last week because "Needs to improve attitude towards other staff members". And I have taken that and tried to improve myself, from now on I will be nice and kind to every staff member and player!
