When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
The ban command should only be used in certain situations, some situations include mass rulebreaking, a player who has had multiple warns and other punishments and continues to carry on, Ddos attacks or threats and being serious and Players ban avoiding with complete proof, using alt accounts after being banned on another account.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
The usually situations I come across is when most staff go off and I'm left on the server on myself, I tend to come across a lot of people looking to troll or be rude, for example being racist or mic spamming, which has led to me defusing the situations with the current powers I have, my promotion could greatly help this due to the fact I will have access to the ban command, which I will be able to use against constant rulebreakers making the server a much better place.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
I feel like I should be promoted as I have been a moderator for over a month now and I feel I have gained the knowledge and experience required to gain this promotion and do more for the server with the new commands I will gain. I am a very friendly person who has gained trust over time with my current rank, I currently play as much as I can when I'm not at school or work. I do feel that I am ready for this but if someone doesn't or has an opinion on me I would love to hear it
