What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting- When some one is dead and he is using voice chat or normal chat to give advantage to other players for example:
we are playing Hilex map and player A asked what is the code and player B was dead and he shouted in voice chat 148.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
First ill tell him to stop and to not do it again , if he does it again i will warn him and gag/mute him for doing that
And ill try to explain him that its inappropriate to speak like that to others that play with him in the server and it ruins their gameplay

When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
Its appropriate to use ban command when some one is breaking the same rule too much or other rules 1 by 1, Before you ban some one you need to warn them and tell them not do it (by using warn system for what they did) after you warned them several times and they keep rule breaking , then its allowed to ban them for a decent time ( not too much or too less)
or if they are using hacks , Insta ban
Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: ( asked biwx what to answer here and he told me to say something from my admin duties)
I used to be here an admin for long time and almost got SuperAdmin , i had done alot and before i resigned last year , if its banning hackers or dealing with rule breakers situations.once i played in the mornin and there was a group of people who kept disrespcting each other and fighting , i told them to relax and made them stop and they forgave each other

Im a mature person and always here to help !
When i was admin , iv done a lot to the server with my admin duties and more
* i suggested the reactivation system(the sign above the button)
A lot of people told me to reapply and they love the way i handle situations and speak to people.
I will do my best to keep the server clean from rule breaks , I am trusted with powers ( had several ranks in this community before)
I think promoting me for an admin would help the server since it would give me more ways to help the server and make it a better place for the players.
