How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I think that i've been staff for quite a while now and think that I have tried my hardest
to help people as far as I can to ensure that they have the best possible experience on the server.
I have learnt a lot as being admin as I encounter issues a lot while playing due to rule breakers.
As Super Admin it could not also make my job way easier but handle situations more efficiently.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?
( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Trusted
I think that I'm well known across the deatrun server, I'm staff for over 4 months now and
still try to put as much time as I possibly can into the server in hopes of populating and
clearing the server of rule breakers.
Active
Although my activity is not that crazy I still try to get as much as I can get, plus,
members can always contact me on steam/TeamSpeak to ask for some help,
I'm always eager to help people out.
Sociable
I am always willing to talk and engage in activities with other people, because that, people are more confident to approach me when having a problem within the server.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Since Deathun is mostly quiet it does not often occur that a serious problem appears, but when it did I had this problem where I was not able to do an anti-cheat on a player I was strongly suspecting of hacking. I got another staff member on so we were able to deal with the problem without any issues.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I will firstly read over the story he provided, If the report is lacking evidence or it does not actually apply with the story told by that person, I would deny the report for the reason that it is lacking evidence.
If it does apply I would have a conversation with the staff member asking him if this is actually him and If the staff member did not deny that they had done something wrong and had not had an official warning , I would thank him for bein fair and would strongly recommend him to read the rules again.
If the player did have an official warning, I would discuss it at the following Lead Team meeting to decide on what the punishment for the staff member would be.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
If a staff member bans someone for an excessive amount of time, I would first check the player warnings to mean that they were due a ban, If not I would talk to the staff member and ask the staff member why he banned him for that amount of time, If he can not give a valuable reason I would direct him to the rules, and will bring it up to a higher staff member
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
If a staff member is struggling to deal with a situation in an appropriate manner I would ask the staff member what the problem is, I would aslo ask if he wanted my help dealing with the situation. Like the previous ones i would bring it up to a higher staff member.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would first of all ask the staff member what kind of rule he broke, then I will try to ask all of the involved staff members what happend between them and see if any of the staff members have any evidence, If so he gives valuable evidence I would tell the accused staff member that what he did was wrong and I would again bring it up to another staff member. If there is no valuable evidence I would dismiss the problem.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
First of all I would ask them to calm down and try to find out what happend in between them, I would keep an eye on all of the staff members involved in the argument, and if something were to arise between them again, then I will bring it up a higher staff member or give the staff member thats being disrespectful a warning.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
If I spot a staff member breaking rules/ harming other users I would ask them exactly what they were doing.I would let him read trough the rules again to make sure what they were doing wrong, I would also bring this up to a higher staff member.
