Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: When a player keeps breaking rules after several verbal and official warns, not caring about the rules at all and has no intention to play the game. Or when a player is hacking, i would ask if he hacks, and if he admits he does i would ask him to turn them off, if he refuses i would ban him. If he doesn't admit to hacking i would spectate him and ban him (first I would gather the evidence of him hacking).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would first see how long he has been banned for, if he has been banned for a semi long time, i would ask around other people how they feel about this, and then i would accept his appeal. If he has appealed his ban on the first few days of his ban, i would instantly deny his appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. I'm a former admin who got a lot of positive feedback on my actions in the server. I lost motivation a long time ago, and now i'm FINALLY motivated to come back. Even tho theres a ton of new staff over on TTT, I never see staff online at night time (+2 GMT). I mostly play at night and would be a perfect candidate to monitor the server at nighttime. I am positive that I will do even better now as a staff member. I hope I still am welcome to join the great staff team Zarp has.
