Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:

i would tell them to stick to the ramp using a or d to press into the ramp and using a low sensitivity smoothly carve around the corners

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

If someone was text/mic spamming i would verbally warn them and if they don't comply i would formally warn them and gag/mute them

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

If someone was exploiting i would verbally warn them to get off or tell them to return to the previous checkpoint but if they continued to exploit i would want them and if thy don't go to the previous checkpoint

i would teleport them to the start

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

Although i haven't played on the server for log i do enjoy surf and want to get better with the community and to make the surf server a better place. i also see that there are many non english speaking people in the voice chat and i find that rather annoying and i see no one stopping them
