What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting is when a dead person gives information or the certain pattern of a trap; and tells the people that are alive the path, which gives the runners a huge advantage to winning that round.
Example: Jimmy dies on a portal trap he could either go left or right he chose left and died, once he died he tells the runners the correct path of the trap, so it helps the runners get past that trap giving them an advantage.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) If I witnessed a player disrespecting another person I would firstly verbally warn them, and tell them to stop disrespecting players. If they broke the rule again then secondly I would give them a warn, and nicely ask them to read the rules at (link). Although if this player/staff member continues to break the rule then they would get a kick. If they are still disrespecting people then they would get another warn, then maybe a kick/ban (depends on how many times they broke this rule.) If I witnessed a staff disrespect I would take proof of them disrespecting, then report it to another staff member or post it on the forums.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))) I think I should be chosen to become a moderator because I have a lot of experience with managing people and handling staff situations in the correct manner and giving rule-breakers the suitable punishment. Another reason why I should be chosen is that, I respect everyone equally and listen to whatever they have to say; whether it's good or bad. Thirdly I am a very active user and will be on most hours of the day. Finally I am a very interactive I tend to always answer peoples questions when they are struggling. I am a chill guy, easy to get along with; but also enforcing the server rules at the same time. In conclusion I think I would be a strong candidate for staff because of the previous experience I have had being an admin on servers and dealing with people correctly, respecting people and the rules, treating people equally listen to people, i'm active and very interactive.

Previous staff experience:
(DarkRP): Superadmin 7 months.
(Deathrun): Head Of Staff 3 months.
(StarwarsRP): Moderator 2 months.
(Community Manager): 1 month.
(There is quite a few more I forgot or didn't include, because they were very short term)

Additional information: I just want to state something, I played this server a while back. I used to be a rule-breaker myself. I gained a lot of hate and warns because of what I did and how toxic I was. I just want to sincerely apologize to all the admins and players time I wasted being like this. I have begun to respect players and staff and follow the rules of Zarp community. (sorry again) and I'm really not sure if this will affect my application or not, but please forgive me for what I did in the past :C. (I wish I never broke these rules because I regret it and have been enjoying the Zarp community lately).

Vexile has been nothing but a pleasure to play with when I've seen him on.
He has written a nice application, he is active and he seems to know the rules.

From what I have seen of u in game you are friendly and are always trying to help players wherever you can this is important to do when wanting mod so keep it up
