How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
My time as an Admin has put me in a variety of situations. From a simple F1 request to stopping servers from breaking down at earlier hours of the morning. If I was promoted to Super Admin I will use the new powers in the best way to ensure everyone online has the best RP experience.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I believe I am a good candidate for Super Admin as I have a range of qualities and key experience in the role which I have gained from the TTT server, where I am currently a Head Admin. I would transfer the skills and knowledge from situations I faced on TTT to the SSRP server to ensure things are completed efficiently and effectively. Below, I will explain more of my personal skills in detail.
Experience
I have been part of the TTT lead team for 3 months and I have been in a range of situations. These situations, between both staff and players, have given me key knowledge for certain situations. I feel this experience will make me much more efficient when dealing with tasks.
Trust
I am currently a Head Admin on the TTT server. This shows that the community has a lot of trust in me and believes I can hold ranks which have large impacts on the server. Being promoted to Super Admin on SSRP would boost my trust further within the community and allow me to branch into more areas, such as the forums.
Active
My F1 count isn't always very high, but I actively walk the server and catch rulebreakers in action. I will take F1s to help out, but I primarily try to catch them. As a super admin, I would maintain, and increase, the activity I have and use the undercover feature to catch even more rulebreakers and help SSRP be the best it can be.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
The main time I encounter situations where a lead team member is required, but not avalible, is when I play early hours during the weekend. The main being when I saw a player who I suspected of hacking. All the lead team I knew were AFK or asleep, so I had to assure users I was sorting out the situation and punish the user for the other offenses, such as mass RDM. If I was promoted I would use the anticheat to verify if the user is hacking, then proceed to ban the user if I found out he was using hacks.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would look at the evidence which had been provided on the main post, then ask the user to come onto the teamspeak server and provide me with any extra details I feel are necessary to the story. I would then contact the reported staff member and ask them to come on TS so I can talk to them about the situation. After I have came to a conclusion I feel is the best for the situation I would reply with one of the following replies:

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would approach the staff member and ask them why they chose to ban the user for the amount of time in question. I would proceed to inform them that it is unfair to ban a user for that long and link them the staff ethos. I would advise them on how long I would ban the user for then tell them I will shorten it so it is inline with the ethos.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
If the staff member needed the help, I would observe the situation and watch to make sure the staff member advises the user correctly and issues a warn if needed. I would provide any other necessary assistance the staff member asks for. Once the F1 has been completed I would give him advice on how to complete them effectively and with the best outcome. I would go on to remind them that if they have any issues they can ask via admin chat as people will be happy to help at all times.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would ask both staff members to come on the TS server and ask them to explain what happened in their opinion. I would ask Admin X is they had proof of Admin Y breaking the rule which they reported. If proof was presented, I would tell Admin Y that they would be brought up in the LTM and may be issued an official warning. If no proof was provided, I would still talk to Admin Y and ask if they broke said rule. If they admit it, I would tell them it would be mentioned in the LTM and if not I would inform Admin X the situation will not be escalated due to no proof of a rulebreak being present.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks and argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would get Admin X into a spacer on the TS server and ask him what happened. I would also ask Admin Y to log on so I could speak to him as well. I would let Admin X know that he has made Admin Y feel disrespected and that an apology should be given. I would then proceed to tell Admin X that this attitude is not acceptable and can cause other players to be unhappy and, potentially, spark arguments in the staff team. In the case an argument did start, I would inform all the users that the situation should calm down and everyone should become friends again as conflict can have a knock on effect within the team.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would go to the staff member and freeze him. I would take them out of RP, potentially to the admin area if on S1, and ask what they were doing. I would inform them that they are breaking rules which is leading to players having a ruined RP experience. Depending on the severity of the rulebreaks, I would do one of 2 things. If it was a small issue, I would tell them I will be bringing it up in the LTM as it’s not acceptable to break rules as we should enforce them, not break them. If it was something major that was causing the RP experience I would inform a HA and have an emergency demote put in place if required.
