Surf Related
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
First of all i would welcome them to the Zarp Surf server and show him/her the commands we have and all the things he/she will need or want in the future. Then i will teach the basics and what the goal is for the game mode. To make sure the player has enough information i will give them a tip to go to youtube for a tutorial on how to Surf on the game Garry's mod

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would first ask them to stop and if he/she doesn't listen i will proceed to gag/mute the player for a couple of minutes. If he/she continue doing it i will go ahead and warn the player for his/her actions. Does the player still refuses to listen i will go ahead and kick or ask for a ban to a administrator or higher.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
When i see someone exploiting i will tell him/her to stop doing and if he/she is refusing i will proceed to warn the player. I will also contact one of the owners to show enough proof of the exploit so prevent it from happening.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I think i should be chosen since i really start liking Surf and i already know the staff members on there. I am also a SSRP Super Admin so based on a trust worthy staff member there is no problem at all.
