Random death match:
The act of killing another player for non role play purposes - If a player drops money on the floor and another player picks it up that would be a valid reason to kill the player who stole the money as it's still theft but then again why would you drop six thousand dollars on the floor unless you were making a sweet rap video.

New life rule:
You must not return to point of death for any reason until the NLR time is over - You must not seek revenge, try to recover items or even to take a screenshot of a suspected rule break.

If another player kills you in one life you must forget about it in the second.

Meta gaming
Talking about role play aspects of the game in OOC (out of character) in any way this includes alerting police of a crime, asking your buddies for help with a raid or selling your items in a store and it doesn't matter how shiny they are.

Suspected rule break scenario #1
Good explanation buddy, Proof is everything on Zarp as a gun fight could break out in a split second due to many different reasons like raiding, Shooting police to prevent being arrested when wanted, or just a general disagreement. Your friends do not count as proof please either record or screenshot the incident.

Suspected rule break scenario #2
There's no reason why a player should be in the same district as where he died. It's best to advise the player that they should not be in this district as he is breaking NLR and if it does it again take further action. Good explanation.

Suspected rule break scenario #3
Once again this is Meta as he cannot call for assistance in OOC as this is for out of character chat. This rule is very misunderstood with most users so it's best to give them a verbal and explain the rule of ask them to do /rules and read the Meta section. if they do it again then take further action.

Summary:
I have not played Zarp in a while due to my Garry's mod not working correctly so I cannot determinant how you are in game but I think you've given this application a good go! I think a little bit more work on this application and it will be tip top.

We'll see what other players think who are active on the server but good luck for it buddy, I'll keep an eye on this application.
