Experiences As a lead team member
Within my time in this community, i have gained many experiences, as of recent i have gained many as a leadteam member,
At this current day, i have experiences as a leadteam member within Surf and Bhop, giving me a wide view on players.
As a superadmin i try to make sure staff are active and actively helping within the server, I also try to help the staff team to the best of my ability and try to improve it as much as possible, this includes doing the following.

Making suggestions,
Getting bugs, or other important features added,
Get staff trained as soon as possible, or when they are ready.
Keep things fun, within training and the server, so staff and players do not get bored.

I also try to make an effort to communicate with fellow players in the server, whether that is talking to them in the server, or with them in teamspeak, this brings me closer to the players, and allows them to feel comfortable with coming to me if they ever have any issues.

Within the community i have good activity, I keep active within multiple parts of zarp these being, Bhop, SSRP, Surf and Teamspeak.
Any day that i am on, i'm always contactable through steam or, because i have no life, and spend 15 hours on teamspeak each day, this means, i can also be contacted within teamspeak.


Within the past few months, I have been able to gain more trust within this community, and have been able to help out in more with players, weather that is Rules, or just simply letting people know some advice on a topic.

My Goals as a HeadAdmin

Bhop is the first community i got in to when i joined gmod, I originally joined it with NeonRaider, and went through several servers in this process. Bhop is growing in player popularity, slowly but surely, and we are going to be needing more staff, as a HA i will be able to manage all staff members, and keep the whole team under control, making sure the people who are dedicated and willing to help, are able to help me personally in growing bhop.

My personality is primarily to be fun, and keep staff and players enjoying the servers, i like to keep in touch with players, play with them, and have a laugh, this creates a trust between the players, and allows them to come to me if ever needed, it removes any fear of players being able to contact staff, and allows players to get more known, and talking to other community members.
I'm fun and bubbly untill i have to deal with something, that is when Serious Anon(Totally not a rip off from Harry Potter lol) comes out, to get a situation dealt with, fast and efficiently.
