Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Definition
Random Death Match, or 'RDM', is the act of dealing damage to a player without a valid role-play reason.
Example
Bobo the Gun Dealer is in a bad mood because his mom told him it's time for bed, and he just placed his gold plated printer down. He takes his anger out on the players at spawn with a PSG1, killing 6 people.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
Definition
You cannot return or interact within the district that you died in for three minutes.
Example
EMP dies in the Industrial District while his base is being raided. He still has two minutes and 32 seconds on his NLR timer when he returns to the district.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Definition
Communicating IC Information through an OOC channel or vice versa.
Example
Billy asks in OOC if his friend can come bail him from jail.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I'd teleport to player x and make sure he's not in a RP scenario. I ask him if he can be taken to a roof for the F1. After this, I'll get his side of the story and any proof involved with the accused player. If sufficient with the evidence, I'd bring player y, let him know why he's here, and that there's evidence of him breaking this rule. I'd explain the rule thoroughly and give him the command to read the server rules. I'd let him know to have a read over the rules before beginning to roleplay again. I'd teleport player y back, and ask player x if he needs anything else. If he doesn't, I'd teleport him back to his previous RP Location.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I'd let player x know that this is metagaming as placing IC Information through OOC (Out-Of-Character) Chat, and vice versa, is meta-gaming. I'd let him know not to do this again.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I should be experienced first and foremost due to my extreme amount of experience at ZARP and in Garry's Mod in general. I've held the highest rank of Head Administrator on TTT, SSRP, CS:GO 1V1, and Minecraft. I've also held Super Administrator on Deathrun. Teamspeak Head Administrator, and Forum Administrator. I was community banned four months back shortly after I resigned. While I won't get into specifics, I've rebuilt trust throughout the community over these past 5 weeks and have been supported by a large amount Staff Members and Players to return to the staff team. I'm Experienced, Dedicated, Friendly, Helpful, and am going to do everything in my power for the benefit of the ZARP player on the SSRP Servers if accepted to the position. I play for hours each day, and care deeply about the players and staff at ZARP Gaming. I have the knowledge of a Head Administrator and the work ethic of a Great Guy. You can expect a true TEAM PLAYER with me on the team again, and a helping hand always at your side. I'll always have the Ethos guide my actions rather than Emotions, and will be a fair, friendly, helpful, active, dedicated, and great staff member overall. I've also caught and reported a few hackers that have been punished which has greatly helped the server.
My Recent Warning will have expired before the meeting, and was an honest mistake which I owned up to when discussing it with Para.
