Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command

I would use the ban command if a player mass RDM's (kill's three or more people for no reason) and then LTAP's (leave's to avoid punishment) and I would ban them for one day.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello player X! after reading your appeal I have decided to shorten your ban to 1 week! Since this your first ban and since you are truly sorry you will be given a second chance! please re-read the rules and think hard about what you've done.

Why I should be promoted

In my opinion I should be promoted because I handle a lot of reports and also keep the server clean from rulebreakers. With administrator powers I will be able to help the server more than I currently can and also I will be able to punish rulebreakers more efficiently and give them the punishment they deserve.

when did I mic spam and I don't understand what problems you have with my attitude system did not KOS you and whitesnake said he heard system KOS you which means whitesnake must have misheard system so I said in chat that I think you should forgive whitesnake since that was a misunderstanding and after that you say i bet it was one of you staff? and you are complaining about my attitude? from my point of view whitesnake misheard system i asked you to forgive him and then you just left.
so if you think i handled your report badly feel free to report me on the forums you left while we were in the chat so idk do as you wish.

Every report I have seen him handle (And there's a lot of them) he has handled them correctly. His attitude is not shit and he is not useless staff. cba to watch the video but you are wrong.

Literally the best mod on the staff team at the moment, has reported many people to me that I have banned (for Mass RDM + LTAP), friendly, active. Lil' Grumpy

He said "KOS MICHAEL"not "IS MICHAEL KOS'D?", you just said "lets forget it ok?" instead of handling it.
