When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
If someone is mic spamming you can ban them like couple minutes or so and if they are chat spamming and if someone is cheating.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
I have work around some mic spammers,chat spammers and a guy that says the N word and some trashtalkers and much other stuff.

Why I should be promoted:(We recommend around 75 words)
I really love playing on the server and this one is awesome and i have only 3 warns and i play on this server in like 6 hours or 4 hours and i have played gmod in 2 years and i have meet lot of nice ppl on the server I love to communicate with people and i really love to help and make more friends im an active player aswell.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:

Needs to attend at least one meeting (Friday 7PM).
