What about Ghosting?:
( think about the map Minecraft_piramide)
If i die at the RIGHT portal and i say: Íts right!! its right!!!!' that is ghosting, you cannot tell wich portal it is. you can tell your team mates wich portal if you are still alive. Otherwise if you do ghost it could be a warn.

How would i handle a disrespectful player:
In the first place i would gag him and tell him you have to respect all players on the server. If a player uses a micophone and is disrespecting players i would gag him.

Why should i be chosen?
I think my activity is very high on the server, and i am always enjoying my time on the zarp sever's, i mostly spend my time in the deathrun server. i made a lot of friends in this server. I think this this server is very fun to play on. Now i have many times played here, i kinda got adicted to this server. thats why i really would like to be a mod.
