Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
So Random Death Match or RDM is when a player kills a player for no reason no rp in mind just plain killing.
scenario:
A Gangster goes up to another Gangster killing for no reason then saying "he looked at me funny" Being a invalid response.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
The New Life Rule is when you die in a area or spot and return to that area before the NLR timmer is up the time is 3 minutes and after that has passed you may return.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Meta gaming is when a player says something that is RP realated in out of character chat .}scenario{A player ask for help when he is getting raided in OOC which in this case a raid is RP .

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would give the player a warn and advise him to look at the MOTD
I would ask player y why he had killed player x and if it is not a valid response and there is no RP behind it i will either give him a warn or a verabal depending on the situation.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would warn player y for 1.Breaking NLR and 2. being that he is revenge killing. But,if player x had RDMed player y they would both get a warn.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would give player x a verbal and if he did it again i would tell him to open the MOTD and warn him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I have been with Zarp for quite a while now, I am Freindlyish I like to have fun with other players and I have found the staff to be not as cancerous as I thought and I would like to continue that. i have spent a long time on zarp and i know that once the staff leaves the RDMing starts and player start to just have a moshpit but with guns.I plan on working my way up the ranks abiding the rules and most of all giving players a goodtime so that they comeback.

I highly suggest that your answer the rest of the questions and also fix up your app. Also I do advise you to read over the rules as you do not know what meta gaming is.
